Since our beginnings in 1987, we have been a part of transforming raw land into over 15 thriving projects, bringing over 500 units/lots to Michigan. While the general concept of development is fairly straightforward, it is the commitment to ensuring each unique property is developed to its best and highest potential that sets Treeline apart.
We work on single-family residential projects ranging from 25 to 500 lots and 5 to 200 acres. Every parcel we develop is thoughtfully managed to create thriving, sustainable neighborhoods where families can grow and flourish.
